Shipping policy
In-stock items will ship within 3 days. For out of stock items, contact us for expected restocking/delivery times.
Pre-order products will typically ship out within 1-2 months unless otherwise noted on the product page.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Moore Analog Devices is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order at this time. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Moore Analog Devices is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If you need to file a claim with the shipping carrier, please let us know so we can assist you in the process.
